Alicante’s beaches, the most expensive place to drink

Usually you can hear on whichever beach a pedlar shouting “Water, soft drinks, beer!” Beer? Not on beaches in Alicante because it will be the most expensive thing that you can drink there. Just drink one beer could lead you to a fine of 750€.

This is due to a new bylaws through which the city of Alicante will try to stop the accidents on the beach and youngsters drinking away from the beach bars.

The drinking and the sale of alcoholic drinks will be controlled by these bylaws, which have not been approved yet, and we be able to do it in the authorised areas.

The new rules will also forbidden two activities more: the first one is offering beach massages to the sunbathers, because the foreigners masseurs are not enough qualificated, and the second one are ball games, which bother other sunbathers.

Hi Lara,

Well done! I just miss where you took the information from. I mean, I can't believe I won't be able to drink a beer by the beach from now on...

Check the tenses I changed to pink colour and write them correctly, please.

Bye,
